First OB Appt

Well, I had my appointment this morning. Justin took off work, so he could come with me. It was great to have him there for support. I really like my ob/gyn. She is super nice and was very willing to listen to me and answer all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or anything. She also did a good job including Justin in the conversation and not just talking to me. We weren't able to listen to the heartbeat :( mostly because my Dr doesn't think I'm as far along as we originally thought. So she scheduled an ultrasound for next Wednesday, so we can hear the heartbeat and figure out a more accurate due date. The waiting continues...one more week.

    Kim is right - liking and trusting your OB is so important! and so what if you're only 6 weeks along or so, maybe you will have a Halloween baby?! You are healthy and that is a blessing - you have so much support and love flowing your way, another blessing. I love you, Mom.
