So a few days ago Justin and I noticed that Raven had started making a noise that sounded a lot like "mama" whenever she was upset. Justin said it doesn't count as her first word until she knows what it means. Of course, I want it to count. Since then she has been saying it more and more. Here is a video. What do you think? Does it count?

She is SO cute! I'd say it counts! Avery did the same thing, then she stopped saying it for awhile. Everything was "dada". Now, she knows about 10 words! But, I still count "mama" as her first. :)
