Approved for a House!

Yay! Our dream of owning our own home is now in sight, as we were approved for a home loan last week! It is all so terribly exciting. Since then we have looked at 13 homes *Whew* and although we did find one that was PERFECT, sadly it is already under contract. We need to keep looking, luckily the journey is fun in and of itself.

We also enjoyed a great Valentines Day together. Raven had plenty of smiles and giggles to share with us. Hope you all had a fantastic Heart day too!
