Oh so blue!

Well we made it through the tornadoes. It was terrifying. I've been in tornadoes before, but it is 10x scarier when you have two kiddos to love & protect. Anyway, we are safe and had hardly any damage. Insurance agent coming to take a look at the roof some time next week.

Moving on. I have a tiny dilemma. I posted the pic of Raven covered in blue marker yesterday. This is how I discovered her after I had fed the baby a few days ago. It was washable marker, so no harm done. In fact, I told Justin "I'm going to allow the blueness". Meaning, I didn't plan to throw her in the bath right away. That is until I noticed tiny blue handprints everywhere. Ok so this is where the dilemma comes in, I can't bring myself to clean up this handprint (pictured below). It is just too cute. Alas, we don't plan to stay in the house much longer than a year from now & I'm sure any future residents won't find it as cute as I do. I guess I'll leave it for as long as I can & revel in the cuteness until then.

Now off to make kale chips, my new substitute for potato chips (15 lbs down, 36 to go).
