Exhausting August (but still lots of fun)

So, a lot happened this month, including a few exciting changes.

1st we celebrated Jus's 28th birthday. It just so happened that his company hosted a gaming conference on the same weekend, so that is what we did. It was a lot of fun and I got to meet several of the people he works with and see the game he's been working on. I gave him some stuffed animals of a couple of his favorite video game characters that I had made by an etsy artist. They turned out so awesomely! Here are some pics:

We also had our house warming party (finally) this month. It was a lot of fun and so good to see some friends and family that we haven't seen in awhile. I wish we had some pictures, but I forgot to take any.

I also started teaching dance and because of that have drastically changed my working situation. Now, I am working for my Dad from home about 4 hrs a day, and dancing 7 hrs a week in the evenings. I am mostly not working at the photography studio anymore, but they still have me "on-call" when they are overwhelmed with appointments.

I am sooooo glad to be dancing again! I cannot believe how much I've missed it. It is going to be great for me, for so many reasons...for body, mind and spirit :)

Now on to planning Raven's birthday party...kind of crazy!!!
